Privacy Statement

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This statement explains which personal data Baron Growth Strategy processes through this website, why, and what rights you have. I keep it short and concrete.

Who is responsible

Baron Growth Strategy, based in Pijnacker, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 80393713. Send privacy questions to info@barongrowthstrategy.com.

I do not use your data for any other purpose, do not sell it and do not share it with third parties, except the service providers below that are needed to run the website and the forms.

Service providers

  • Netlify: hosting the website and receiving the forms.
  • EmailJS: sending the e-mail with your scan report or result.
  • Google Fonts and jsDelivr: delivering fonts and a script. The provider sees your IP address when doing so.
  • Gmail (Google): the mailbox where messages and notifications arrive.

Some of these parties may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it is based on the safeguards the GDPR requires for it.

Cookies and storage in your browser

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics tools. The corporate scan keeps your latest result locally in your own browser (localStorage), so it is not lost. That data stays on your own device. You can clear it through your browser settings.

How long I keep data

No longer than necessary. I delete contact and scan data no later than 24 months after our last contact. If an engagement follows, I keep the data that belongs to the accounts for as long as the law requires, such as the Dutch 7-year tax retention period.

Security

The website runs entirely over an encrypted connection (https). Access to the forms and the mailbox is limited to Baron Growth Strategy.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or deleted. You can object to the processing, have it restricted, and request your data so you can take it elsewhere. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to info@barongrowthstrategy.com; you will get an answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

When the website or the forms change, I update this statement. The date of the latest version is always shown at the top.
